Hello my friend,
sorry for my delay. I have a lot of work lately, so I can’t keep it updated. But today I bring postcards received in September as winner of the month. What is that? Well, on the Postcrossing Forum, we participate in few lotteries. The winner receive postcards from his/her wishlist or according to his/her taste and at the end of the month choose the winner for the next one.
Here you can see all my received ones:
here show you some retro or vintage postcards received those weeks:
They came from Poland and from the Netherlands.
I know this picture was taken far away, but I love it because it brings to my memory my hometown, and the yard of my grandmother.
Hello my friend,
I continue showing postcard with the topic “wedding”, because I am receiving many congratulations. Although some cards are not directly related, so I get the obvious ones.
Today are two postcards, from Germany and Russia. I have my favourite but I won’t say it.
Bouth came through the official website of Postcrossing. I find this web a great idea to connect people and cultures. I am learning a lot about the world.
a new card from my group of Summer cards is here. On 25th August arrived it at home.
… from Spain, 30th August, 9 days travelling:
on 22nd August I received a postcard with a photography made the writer. Many people do not like that, but this is not my case. Why not? Why a postcard bought at a shop is better that another you printer in a professional shop? I have seen many with much better quality that the sold ones in a touristic shop.
On 3rd August my friends visited Weimar and they know about my love for this place. There is where I met my fiancé and where I was living during an intensive year. I learnt a lot about people, cultures and architecture.
They sent me then some cards they thought I would like. And they were completely right!
Received on 4th August, from Germany, 1 days travelling.
I share them in this gallery:
P.D.: A perfectly postcard-day. The messages are the best I have ever read before.
